In an effort to reduce BS might I suggest that some of the engine builders on here post videos of there tractor or someone elses tractor (please post the tractor owners contact info so we can fact check) with there engine in it so we can all see who's hot and who's not. Certanly in this age of modern technology anyone proud of there work has a video of it somewhere. No need for guys from the north do drive south or vise versa. Anyone with a trained eye should be able to tell who has it and who don't by watching a video.
Just a thought......

First run, first diesel tractor build, First time driving diesel tractor at pull. All myself with some tecnical advice from friends in Wisconsin. 3 years ago. It has come a long way since then but I dont have any recent video. Not a seriouse builder ether but work on a few pulling tractors with mixed results. First one is mine, second one is an engine I built about 5 or 6 years ago.

Good idea Rod!

This is the one Wi made run in gordyville this year. Was fun to watch the rat take win the weekend with two less cylinders than the rest of em!

I know Wi has some good vids of his super in action last season somewhere. I would have loved to get his pull at monster hall on vid but I was too busy drinking and enjoying the show to be manning a camera.

video of my old WC from a long time ago.  I don't have any of it after more modifications though.

I'll have to try and figure out how to post  some from the light superstock when I get some more time.  All I've got now is this picture and our state results for WTPA (Wisconsin tractor pullers assn).

In this case Pank already lost. He can even post a pic a week ago of a rod he says he has, that he does not. All my video footage was on my old phone. Pank even says he "building an engine" for two brothers , in a PM he sent me, but cant seem to acknowledge who, where, or that he even said it in the first place. So, it wont matter what contest you put, he will still lose.

Again, all I have to do is start my motor to beat you. You are a lying slimy pos spank. No one can believe anything you say. I will have pics to post but not for a few weeks. I can probably post a dyno run or two. Everything I had was on my old phone.

Arcticcat, I'm sure you could. They only Thing Pank has that runs is his big mouth. I like how he is constantly trying to rally other Allis people behind him. In truth I getva LOT of pm's asking me if he is serious. I gather that no one else likes him either from yt to here.

Not bad, he got within 50 feet of a winner in the stock or classic class, whatever it is.

Charlie T posted one a wile back (page 3 of the topfuel machining thread) about pank but I was unable to copy it..... maybe someone can make it real handy here.  Though our resident keyboard commando only got within 100 feet of a winner.

I like those videos of the 2 LLSS tractors Mike. I hope to run into you guys next year again.

It's all relative. He did pull, and placed third in a three tractor class. He made a HUUUUGE deal about selling out , which he contradicted him self all to heck about. He obviously does not pull now because he blew up or sold what he had, supposedly . I think your motor built for different rpm level would run well. In any case it starts, so you have already won ;)

It's a good post so far, I'll butt out, let you guys deal with spunky, and hopefully I'll have some vids and pics here in a few weeks when I dig the tractor back out and change a few things/ dyno it. The original poster said videos only, I can respect that. Andrew

How many DAYS did it take you to come up with this? Suddenly you go from the guy who ruins everyones posts with your obnoxious bs and ego filled remarks, to mlpankey - public servant. I'm not buying it. This is a new low even for you. You wanted pics, you got them deal with it. Your loss induced guilt trip isn't gonna work. You've already shown you have no shame or scruples. You have no right to oppose someone playing by your own rules.

They only thing I could possibly be guilty of is putting up a funny picture that represents public opinion. You've lost again.

Here's a tractor my former boss owns. I did some work on the engine, some on the chassis, and I rebuilt both Detroit lubricators and plumbed the gear train lubricator up. I also made new wood bearings for the plow and made the drawbar for it. This isn't tractor pulling but listen to the engine before and after all 8 bottoms are in the ground. This is a 30-60, that's rated at 30 drawbar horse power.

Here's a couple more of the twin and the big cube single. The single was having probably the best run ever....... until the hose between the intercooler and intake manifold blew. Stuff happens.

We are located in the eastern part of North Carolina and are proud of what we have been able to accomplish with the two 180,s that we run in the 6700 lb. hot farm class. I would also like to know if there are any other clubs or tracks in the east that offer this class,(370 ci., single turbo(3x3), any pump, unlimited rpm, 24.5 single cuts).

video is on youtube under allis chalmers 180 single turbo road gear

Doug,

I have watched classes like this (360 cube - 3,000 RPM - 5500 - 6500 lbs.) develope over the last couple of years and to me it is an interesting class because it is a nice fit for the old 301 engine. You can easily get to 360 C.I with a 301 and easily get to 6,000 lbs with a 180 or 190 driveline. You spoke of the Missouri group that has the 5,900 lbs Pro Farm class. I have watched the tractor in the link below on You tube and at Gordyville. It has the 5.9 Cummins in an Oliver driveline I think. He seems to be the guy to beat in Missouri at the described class. Just watching in this video he appears to be in a gear which is close to 7th in a 180 - 185 or 8th in a 190 - 200. Should be easy enough to do, but it will take no less than 340 cubes and a pump that will deliver at least 500 cc's. Super Dave is in roadgear with a 180 and 24.5 tires so 7th should be doable for sure.

Very nice run ! Luv the 301 ! talking about the 5900 class, that White does run good , i got a 180 that used to have the 450 Roosa , hybred turbo , etc ;always ran in 6th, sometime 7 th , but it ran at 4500 rpms ,i put a Bosch A pump , Crowler clutch and half gears in now - just never could get the combo back right , the class now has a 3000 rpm limit and not sure if i can keep everything spooling with out running 4500 rpm,s ; gonna get serious this year tho

I'm hopeing this thread will inspire our commandos to show us what they have, the links found with actual (non fictional) results are much less impressive than their computer skills.

But being caught lying about having only six tractors In your class ( and calling it 42) IS something to be proud of?? I don't know what you are calling competitors itch, but I'm sure you can get a shot that takes care of it.

Have a good buddie of mine tell me this quote when i pulled last place at my first pull with my 7000... " it got off the trailer just fine, it past tech innspection, made it to the sled, pulled the sled, didnt break, loaded itself on the trailer, DAMN SON YOUR A WINNER"  After all the blood and sweat of buildin my own tractor, he was right, bein first aint everything but it help to pay the bills... bein at the back of the pack keeps me from beein called a CHEATER....  So comandoos throw all that technical BS away and just have fun at what you do. KEEP THEM VIDS A COMMIN..

I've got a video of the verry first run sat night on a brand new engine, turbos, fuel system, etc on our LSS tractor that I'd like to share but can't figure out how to post it.  If someone's handy with this sort of thing I could text it to them to post.
