Allison has been really good to me over the years. So this season, I decided it was time to give Allis some new make-up and a little cellulite reduction. The seat, Lights, and loader are in my shop getting rebuilt now. I am not shooting for show quality, its my work horse.

Before treatment

After: Minus Seat, Lights, And Loader

It all started with a back tire getting ruint. Well, While I was getting new tires I thought it would be a great time to get the wheels sand blasted and powder coated. Having the back wheels off led to doing a complete brake job on it. With all the components you have to remove to do a brake job led to a repaint. Part by part it started to look better. Other than New Tires, Brake parts, Gaskets and Fresh paint, Its still the same tractor I want to have for all my field work. She will get her scratches and dings with time. I'll treat her just as anyone would that bought a new tractor. My way of looking at it is that its just too good of a tractor to make into a trailer queen. And its something to be proud of as you make your rounds in the field. Big smile

+1 tractors should be used, even when they are beautiful...
