It is still a work in progress. I need to add information about the factories and I need to add more. I think this will be a helpful little tool. :)

Each placemarker on the map is the EXACT location of the buildings. Some still remain, and others are either gone or only have a few buildings left from the original complex.

Nice job!  I live 10 minutes from the old Laporte factory.  To bad it's not there anymore :(

There are a few remaining structures of the the LaPorte works, the main office building and factory are both gone now.

Nice!

You might also want to add the Athens Tenn. Co. They are a secondary company that built equipment for Allis, Just like Oxnard did.

No problem! I thank you for all your effort in keeping this history well documented!!

I became familar with that company, when I bought a very original subsoiler, with the Athens decal still very readable in good shape. I since had that decal remade, and have sold a few that are identical to original.

Jeoffroy Mfg Inc. also made implements for AC. They were in Armarillo, TX but I am still searching for where they were.

Great job Austin.  If you want it to be exact, for the Lexington SC assembly plant use 367 Industrial Drive, Lexington, SC 29073.  That will put the marker at the driveway going to the plant.  All that is left is the concrete pad the plant was on and the parking lot.  The parking lot is the one that is shaped like a baseball diamond.
