That is difficult, has your tractor been repainted? There are many different shades of the Persian Orange #1 that your tractor was factory painted. Then if it has been repainted some people used Persian Orange #2 as it was brighter and it would match their newer tractors. Many times the tractor would be repainted with " farm store" paint and the Allis Chalmers orange was usually PO#2 or at least close. Then sometimes the tractor is repainted with "automotive" paint that often varies in shade by the color code used or even how or who mixed the paint. ------------- AGCO My Allis Gleaner Company |
