Tom, what serial number do you have? I had WF219 that had spoke rims on the back but by the book WF203 was the last one to have spoke rims. Starting with WF204 they had the 24 inch stamped rims like the late 37 to early 39 WC's had.

I bought my unstyled WF already restored but the rear rims are orange. I think this is correct.

When I did mine I painted them black -- fronts also. S/N 502 The Grams boys now own it.
