change. Since my dipper stick does not have an add or full, book says 12 quarts w/filter change. Service manual says something about a kit with replacement dipstick and dipstick HOLDER. Then they say to add 2 extra quarts when filling. I can not find the extra 2 quart note in the manual right now, just wondering if anyone knows more on this note for the 'kit' and how much oil y'all fill with. Thanks, Dana

I have put 10 quarts every oil and filter change since new in my series 3.

Does yours have a 200 engine with 2 filters and deep pan? It would take more oil then.
