Everytime I run my 45 I notice that the radiator overflow has water coming out and I can't understand why this is ? It's not filled to the top either?

Replace the cap.

Might want to change your head gasket.

I'd hook a catch can to it and see how much water it catches, should only catch a cup or two, if it keeps filling the can then you have a problem..Unhappy
