i just bought a 7040 and when u idle it down it goes dead,so i took the top off the pump and cleaned the meteing valve and just about everything else in there.i also took the kill solenoid out(must've came off a combine).i pulled a disk the next day and it still goes dead when u idle down and doesnt pull worth a crap.so do i need to have my pump built or is there anything else i can do?who's the best pump rebuilder?

Check all the lines and make sure you don't have a restriction on the inlet line, or an air leak. I can rebuild it if needed. thanks, Ed.
