Took me a long time to find those riveted front rims for mine then I had to re-rim the centers , does the engine turn?

First of all the step ladder stays with the truck. Its one of my service trucks.
The guy that had it started to restore it. It came with 2 grills, the original and a nice straight one. All the sheet metal is straight and rust free. I think the only thing that i am missing is the forward hitch and the plow need a shear. And hardware.
Engine turns and i got the mag. with it so it shouldn't take much to get her running.
I haven't looked at the s/n yet. Thats on todays agenda.
