is it leaking out fron the inside shaft or where the the assembly goes into the frame and clutch housing?  im not sure but i think its just a rubber ring that seals the assembly to the housing.

It"s leaking down on the rail of the tractor.

There is a cork seal that goes between the frame rail and the housing. If you clean that area out good, soak the new seal in oil, you can flex it enough to install without removing the frame rail.
