Just called the AGCO dealer. He had in stock. A filler cap for a NF on a 180-190. The price was 5.16. That part has sit along time on a shelf, the part is obsolete. I dont mind paying a little more to have a dealer around that might have a part. Dont get me wrong, I hate AGCO more then anyone on this site. But the old AC dealer had the part for a tractor that is 40 years old, thats worth something                                                        IG

I agree John. I was just looking through their part books at parts for a 1948 G !! Not sure the prices but hell this little tractor is over 54 years old!! I was looking for points and a condenser but I need the numbers of the distributor.  Ryan

We go through Schraufnagal in Lomira! They are an old AC dealership with lots of NOS parts, it just sux going through a different AGCO dealer where they look at you like " what do you need and why?"  and half the time the other dealers screwed up out orders, and then we had to pay the restocking fee. We have had very good luck with the old AC dealers! Friendly service and they give a damn about your machine and what you need.

I also agree.

I agree with supporting those from this site, but also, AGCO generally has gaskets/bearings/oil filters and the other small things in stock.

Picking these things up locally and helping my local AGCO dealer (Who is an allis collector), is a good thing. And the parts service there is above average.

I have to agree, we have an old family AC dealership who have been very helpful with a 5015 I have.  Parts for the Toyosha built machines are a bear, but they seem to be able to get them or give us cross over numbers to other parts.

I find this too....alot of times I can buy filters and small items cheaper from the dealer than from auto parts......not only for AGCO but for JD as well
