Is there a book that has the casting numbers of all the allis parts in it? If so what is it and how do I get one?

In most cases, the casting number is the same as the part number.  If you have a master index, it is then a simple matter to look it up and find out what it fits.  I recently saw two 1969 Master Parts Indexes sell on Ebay for $200+.  If you post the numbers here, someone will probably look it up for you.
