I was looking at the oil drain pipe that I think I took out of the hydraulics and saw this in the bottom of it

It's not magnetic either, I thought it might have been to collect metal, it looks like there might have been a spring against the bottom but I'm not sure

I was thinking along the same lines as you - it is a pin from an Italian 10 Pin Bowling Lane.

I was wondering where my clutch adjusting pin from my 1929 L Case went...looks pretty much identical.
