 took the push rod cover off of side of block , removed oil filter and there was NO oil in filter, got to looking and there is a tee under the oil filter base, am thinkin the oil is bypassing the filter cuz of this, looks like Agco parts book shows oil line with NO tee under oil filter base, was wondering if someone could explain correct oil routing for lines, i think  line coming out of tee now goes back to govener.  thanx

Here is a pic of my styled WF. From the tee in the block it goes to the oil filter and to the head.

im think only the WD45 has the extra line going to the gov.  My WC and WD do not have it.
