After I get the track off how do I get the rear drive sprocket off? Do I need a hydraulic puller?
I have to replace the main oil seal behind the drive sprocket. Any one ever done this in this and what kind of job is it?

If you are lucky, driving wedges in between sprocket and drive housing loading the sprocket with tention, then using a copper or aluminium buffer on the end of the shaft to protect it, hitting on the end of the shaft, or lowering the bottom of the sprocket onto hard surface, and hitting down onto top of sprocket may be enough to spring it off the spline. Unfortunately, HD6 is usually the biggest tractor these methods work on. With HD11 and bigger, Hydraulic pull/push gear is usually used to do sprockets. Track shops have that gear

if you use a puller make sure to leave the nut  on the shaft to catch the sprocket , undo the nut a couple of turns ,

give the sproket a few whacks with a sledge hammer,  just took the sproket off 2 HD16's and luckily in both cases it popped off.  and your seal is a positive type not a lip type, probably not leaking at the sealing rings but behind them.

good luck

What do you mean leaking behind. I was surprised to see what the new seal actually looked like. Spring loaded contraption.
Anyone know what this machine weighs with dozer and winch?

one side is not spring loaded its cemented to a gasket.  sometimes the spring loaded side can leak through also.   where on earth did you find a new one?
HD11 is around 23,000# and up,  depending on series and configuration

HD11EP with blade, winch, and ROPS roll cage goes over 33000. Series B 11 with that gear will be over 35000
