I don't need it i just couldn't help myself.
I bought another WD 45.   The first WD 45 that i bought years ago is a basket case that i saved from the scrapper. The engine was in a barn the head off and the guy had to dig through a bunch of junk to find the parts. So i have had it for over 10 years and havn't touched and i'm thinking i'm not going to ever get time to restore it.
And the parts are going to cost more then i spent on this 45, She runs has decent sheet metal, good wheels and tire but she has signs of alot of hard work. And i have a corn picker that need someone to be mounted on. The picker came off of a WD.

Now that i have justified this purchase to you guys i need to convince my wife.
I think i am going to part out the basket case. if any of you need WD 45 parts send me a PM and i will see if i can help.

Don't worry Dave, after you get past 3 or 4 the wife stops yelling and just shakes her head!! LOL  I would part out the basket case but be sure and look your other one over and keep extras of what you may need.   Might not be a bad idea, to just put it out and back and keep the whole thing for spare parts and throw a tarp over it.

Your funny, There's only 10 or 12 around here. She just said as long as she doesn't have to pay for it she's ok BUT she wants her house done. So realy can't get serius about working on them until thats done.
Dad says i should keep the basket case for the parts that i need so it's paid for and not going anywear for know.

You don't need intervention, until your 42nd tractor. And I can bet you are a ways off from that.

Even at #42, thats questionable. lol

Well, have the next tractor club meeting at the house & we can have a remodel party!

We have gotten from the "do you really need another tractor" phase to the "don't you already have one of those" phase.   Just remember, paint, tile, glue and grout need at least 48 hours to dry.  Wives are plentiful, but I they are so darn hard to train correctly.  Keep her happy and life runs smoothly.

You have know idea what you could be getting yourself into. Be careful what you ask for. LOL

Guise we could have those meetings more often if thats the case. But as much as some like to talk i can't imagine much getting done.
