wouldn't it be nice if when you posted something for sale, and your member profile is listed not given, that you would at least list the state you are in in the posting. this just might get a better response ?

I agree but will go one step farther. I think you shouldn't be allowed to post anything if you don't fill out all of the areas of your profile including location. What's the big deal? Who are they hiding from?

I is nice when people do have a state at least listed in profile . Giving information on winter conditions to someone in Florida or Canada, as far as fluid in tires, starting aids, or just different climate .

Then getting hopes up of picking something up and find its located 1200 miles away brings reality home fast.
