White & Bright - full of light.... An important shop detail. It makes it easier on the eyes. M I on the otherhand, have a light attached to my forehead so that I can see. It looks like the D17 is off to a great start. Do you have an overhead hoist or just using rafters for suspension of chains? Thanks for sharing..

We have in overhead hoist in the smaller shop that we do all of our washing and painting in............
Primed it yesterday, plan on painting today..............

Tires were shot and rotten when the previous owner acquired it. His neighbor had these construction tires lying around so he put them on.

I gotta agree about the shop being too neat...not nearly enough obstacles to trip over.

For full disclosure, I actually started this project right after Thanksgiving, so it really wasn't all that fast. It started out as an "after hours" project, but I worked on it pretty much all day everyday for the last week or so.
