They let this guy out of Missouri, let him drive all the way across Iowa and into NW Illinois today.
He mentioned something about showing Richard A. how to load a truck, but he didn't have a good load at all.
Then he sniffed out the John Deere parts I snuck in with the Orange stuff.
 He dropped this off.
 And loaded this up.
It was nice to put a tractor in the shed without having to push or pull it. :)

It's a factory wide front but it's not a WC. It's WF219, gone to a good home with a promise I can plow with her some day at Don's plow day maybe.

What? No comments on my "new" 17? She seems to run good and is pretty straight plus has more Orange on it than my 45 has had in 40 years.

Now you just need to find a mounted picker Charlie and you will be in tall cotton.LOL Nice looking narrow front Charlie.I was a little leary of the NF but after using it for a while I love it.Great mowing and snow pushing machine.Fits in tight spots and easy to manuever.

Richard, I told him he didn't have nothin on you with that wheel barrow load of parts. Heck, I bet you could put em all in a coaster wagon. LOL Fred, I hadn't ever seen that picture. Did you notice the old hippie in the front seat? Dave was giving me and Bill Sontag a ride around Dales at the OPOP in 2009. And yea, that hing did follow you West back in 2007 just before the first OPOP. Yep power steering works better than it does on my 45. I think I can use this new critter, in fact I did yesterday when Dave had trouble with his winch. The 17 pulled the WF up on the trailer. Pat, I might just stay with the #35 I have. No hassles mounting it and the 17 will run slow enough in low to pick that 180 bushel corn, I hope. Steve, I believe I have seen that WC and I know the WF will come out looking good next to Dave's U and A. :)

Rick: I have ran out of fingers and it is too cold to count toes in this weather, so I don't know how many I have. Man, that wind does blow cold in Illinois. Poor old Marvin Shepard almost froze yesterday helping load out. We got home today around noon, after stopping at the meat locker and getting this years dear. Plenty of snack stix, franks and deer salami. We had a nice trip, Charlie made the trip a pleasure and a swell guy to deal with. Now I have to get busy on some other projects so I can get started on this one. Dave.

Dave, I wish you would have had time to visit a little more. I had a pot of coffee on in case you would drink some but things got scurried with the sun going down. Maybe next time. :)
