I have oil leaking around the soleniod on the the starter. This happens at cold startup, after the machine runs for few minutes it stops. Once the machine is warm it can be started and stopped with no problems. I plan on changing the trans filter, thinking a dirty filter may causing a restriction with cold oil. I also plan on changing all trans and torque converter fluid at the same time. I have an info that says the oil should be "ATF type C  Shell Donax T-5 Diff oil" is this correct. My shell dealer is checking into this for me to crossreference a current oil. The person that owned it before me was using Tractor Hyd Fluid. I suspect this may have been the wrong oil and may be my problem.

Any help or info would be appreciated

ATF 10W is the correct oil. Make sure it is no heavier than 10W. Is your tractor post number 13366 with Rockford wet flywheel torque converter, or earlier with Twin Disc dry flywheel converter

Will be Rockford wet wheel converter then. A little sepage out your starter is no real worry when your flywheel housing is supposed to have trans oil in it.
