I found this today while working on the barn. Apparently this was used several years before I was born and It still looks to be in good shape. But I don't know a thing about Cockshutt/Co-op and I was hoping you guys could help me.

  1. What is this unit? Does it have a model number??
  2. Where would a model or serial tag be?
  3. What are the origional colors??
  4. Are these rare or a good collectors piece?
  5. Does anything appear to be missing?

Now for the most important question.

  1. Would this look good restored and behind my D-14 at shows?

Here are some pictures I took today.

That looks like a 3pt conversion.  The large press/driving wheels could indicate it was a horse-drawn planter once upon a time.  Others more in the know will correct me.

"Co-op" never made any of their own equipment as far as I know.  Even their tractors were made by other manufacturers.  Most notable was the Co-op tractors made by Cockshutt.

I found this picture. This is the exact same model as mine. The guy said that it was a 1953 model 135. Mine has been converted for 3 point and don't have the original back tanks. I still need help finding out what color everything was and what decals it had and if someone knows where they can be bought or if someone can reproduce them.

Thanks,
Jeremy
