My Dad gave me his 3 point adapter to use and it is like the short medium one you have shown on your site. What I dont have is the piec that goes between the arms that bolts to the side arms. What is that for, do I need it and what do they cost?? Thanks

Larry !! That is a set of tubes that help keep things even, you can use the hitch with out them if need be. I can get a price for you monday. Email me off line.
