I can think of one word to describe it, but I can't say it on here. Maybe he did that cause he's got a Deutz motor of some kind in there. Either way, it's pretty wrong, considering what KHD did to Allis.
------------- I didn't do it! It was a short, fat, tall, skinny guy that looked like me!

Steve - I agree - only have to look at the hood decal to see the DA decal photoshopped over the original decal - you can see the fuzzy edges between the two. And it's darn easy with the right program to do a global color replace on a pic. Mike

Another picture of it in the background. Dont think this was a fixed photo. Believe this was campainged by a very well known puller in the middle 80's.

Probably sponsered by a DA dealership back in the day. Ironic they would have sponsered a 20 year old AC tractor to be competative.

The name was Sour Kraut, should have been Sour Stomach or howbout Sacralidge... Anybody ever see an air cooled DA used for a pulling tractor?

Wouldn't be the first time another company tried to take credit for something AC came out with 20 years prior now would it?

Dave, yeah I've seen a Deutz puller before.. the guy still has it doesn't pull anymore though.. I think it started life as a 68 06? I believe it held its own in..never saw it pull myself. -Wes

Stauffers from Ephrata Pa. pulled Deutz super stock years ago, very competitive. Jordan Lustiks new unlimited super has an air cooled in it.
