I'm visiting near Cleveland. Does anyone know the whereabouts of used tool shops? Mostly interested in mechanical hand tools but power tools of interest as well. Thanks for any suggestions! ------------- WC, CA, D14, WD45 |

| Look under machinery dealers they have it all. If you can go through it before they inventory it you can buy it by the pound. Lash/Latch could very well be gone by now. They used to buy out whole factories that were hurting and resell machines and tools. I don't imagine there are many of them left. |

Columbus has a pretty good store I think exactly what you are looking for EDCO tool and supply.

Don't even THINK of going to HGR... you'll spend all your money, and then hafta buy a fleet of trucks to carry it all home! (but if you do, take a sack lunch, a pad of paper, a digital camera, and a checkbook- you're gonna need it. Mebbie a hand-dolly with good wheels, too...) |

| I would definetely check out HGR. They have a huge shop, lots of equipment and tools. Worth the trip. They also have a new arrival section on their website http://www.hgrinc.com - www.hgrinc.com which is nice. |
