I finally traded my John Deere 950 for a Ford 4000. The first Ford I have ever own out of over 40 tractors. I like it, I think that you can get any thing you want for a Ford online or New Holland. That being said, I have put my 10 and 12 series lll in the classified on here for sale or trade. The only Allis that I will keep is the WD45 lp with ps. I am going Ford Farming.

the 4000 is a good tractor, which series did you get the early ones where rounded and looked the same as the 901 series, with 4 cylinder power, or the later 4000's with the squared body , these metal a whole different class of enjine

Watch out the block going porous. Other than that, they're good machines.

If it seems like a good idea, do it. It's easier to apologise than to get permission.
