Does anyone have chart that shows 18.4-38, 24.5-32, 30.5-32, converated to the new sizes used today?

From what I can see, all three of these sizes are current tire sizes.

18.4/38 = 467/-103/38
24.5/32 = 622/-65/32
30.5/32 = 775/-52/32
