Figured I would post for those that like to look at pictures. Nice looking B high crop. Would be nice to have one but at that price I will never own one. http://springfield.craigslist.org/grd/2506048854.html - http://springfield.craigslist.org/grd/2506048854.html

If you were given a B high crop that needed paint and an engine OH it would cost you at least half again what the asking price is to hire the work done. Then you would have to buy the new front tires.

If you were given a B. Just a plane ordinary run of the mill B, and hired it overhauled and painted professionally, it would probably cost you 5K to get it back home if it needed new tires and tubes.

That B is from forum member Thad in AR. He has it listed in classifieds. I have more than that in my Hi-Crop B and I did most of the work myself. I would buy it in a heart beat if I did not have one.

I think the asparagus B is the one I'am going to have. Do they run more than a Thompson B?

There are no production numbers for either one but the asparagus B is a more collectable tractor since it is factory made and higher in value.

My wife would kill me if I went and bought it. it would look nice setting on the place but better pass it up. I am still not done with my MI which really is just to look at so I know she just would not understand if I drug in another one.
