The radiator in this machine is in pretty bad shape. Any body know where I can find a good used one?

unless you find someone dismanteling one, you won't find one. you can get your's recored which would probably be your most efficient and longest lasting repair. i have one or two but they are not in that great of shape either, 1 i know has a pinhole and not sure of the other one. if you are looking for a spare to have recored, let me know i will see what i have for sure. ------------- HD5B, HD5G, (2) FARMALL A's, CUB. | Thanks. The radiator shop said recoring would be my best option but also quoted about $1200 to do it. Does this seem reasonable? |

ow, that hurts. i would shop around a little to see if it is fair. sounds high to me although copper is very expensive now. is your old one leaking or just clogged? can you rehab that one? ------------- HD5B, HD5G, (2) FARMALL A's, CUB. Wow, $1200 for a re-core... I had mine done in 2003 for about $400, wow copper really has increased. I think you right track needs to be tightened a little... |

Shaefer Ent. out of Wolf Lake IL located one from Penn. and one from Ohio for $500 and $700. I ordered the one for $500 with a 30 day warranty. It's gotta be better than the one I had, knock on wood. |
