How do i remove the front wheel bearings to repack them?
I took a look at it and it looks like a big cap with a hex head but im not sure if it threads out or not.

Yup, the caps are threaded.

The caps are threaded on, you will have to use a pipe wrench to get them off.  After that the wheel bearings are like any other normal wheel bearings.  There should be a grease/dust seal on the back side, originally they were felt.  Be  sure to use a little anti-seize on the caps when you reinstall them.

Fill cap full take out just enough to get back on and it pushs grease into the bearings repete until it come out the inside. You can also drill and tap for a grease fitting, into the the cap. I used a rag over the better caps, to keep the pipe wrench from messing them all up.
