Raise front wheels off the ground and check wheel brgs and axle pivot bushings etc. If 4wd and I hope it is! check king pins, seals any signs of leaking around outer final drives, and see how much backlash is in gears of 4wd. Any noises rough sounding brgs in front axle. Check motor for any signs of overheating and any signs of head gkt. leaking. As none of the these Japanese engines can stand being overheated to many times.
