go buy a few 5/32 roll pin ounches and have gas in the cutting torches

That's what I thought....I have broken two punch's and one sore finger!

The main thing is to have a solid base to hit on. Have the frame , the roll pin location you are working on, supported against a heavy solid object, such as a vise. Cut one 5/32 punch off very short on punch end. Use it as a starter punch, once the pin has moved, your regular punch will get it out. Not much trouble this way. HTH Tracy Martin
