Took this video this past tuesday when we had some pretty strong winds through central Wisconsin. It was about 1:15 pm. Other than the dust cloud the sky was fairly clear and the sun was out. I was near the southern edge of the farm land, not mine. The wind was blowing north, north-east. I had already driven through the really thick part. Could barely see the road from the car in that area. Which is scary because the farmer there uses large equipment that takes up the entire road when they drive through.

That is a shame. All of that top soil blowing away. It takes many years to make top soil.

I live in centeral/ southern wisconsin. A leww weeks ago I saw alot of fields blowing like that. Kinda reminds me of the history chanel show about the dust bowl storms. Those were something else when you see pictures of them. The old Farmers around said they got one load of hay off there 40 or 80 acre farms because it was so dry.
