Been nice on the east coast also.
2 days with no rain and temps in the 80's.

Wow, all the corn around here is big enough to cultivate if a guy was still doing that. We had a couple weeks of good weather the last of April, probably make for a good crop if it don't do sompin stupid the rest of the year.

My beans went in today finally...I can still say they were planted in May!  Glad we waited and didn't plant them early in the month and have them drowned out.  Mike

Finally planted corn today.  May have been able to plant on Sunday but didn't get time.  Noticed my BTO neighbor planting today too.  110 day corn, plenty of time, if it comes up quickly and doesn't freeze in Sept.  At least we will have plenty of irrigation water this year.  The watershed that supplies our ditches is at 740% of normal.  Supposed to be in the 90's the next few days, might be a lot of it coming down the hills next week.
