You got it all figured out don't ya? LOL

If I had unlimited time and money I would shoot for finding a small diesel engine since the original is shot. If you cannot tell I love diesel engines. Just imagine the look on someone's face when you pull up beside their 2 cylinder JD with a turbo diesel Allis G.

I not only put a diesel in my 1948 G, but I also put a long legged redhead in the seat

Sorry, boys, but the only pic I have of the engine has me in it:

2 questions: First, who's the redhead, and second, what engine did you use?

1) The redhead is gf of one of the chefs I sell to...from the look of that big smile, I think I'm winning her over though lol  She likes driving my tractors.

2) the engine is a Kubota 23hp...don't know the model #. It was brand new 4 years ago...very few hours on it.

I didn't put it on myself...I paid an old AC dealership owner to do it. He puts the diesels and electric motors in AC and the small Farmalls. Keeps him out of his wife's way.
