Does this look like the swinging drawbar for a B after having the front part torched off?

No, too short and not enough pieces.

I know it's too short, it has been cut off with a torch. I also know I don't have the angle braces. I just want to know if it was a B swinging drawbar before it was cut off.

It could have originated as one. The small hole in the center of the bent piece would be the same as my swinging drawbar.

I found it in my neighbors scrap pile. His Dad had a B back in the 40's.
