Hi All:
Can anyone tell me if electric start was a factory option on the 1939 AC-B. Mine is a crank start, but I think I have some pictures which indicated the "39" AC-B was also electric start. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The first B with electrics was built in mid 40. It was called a "special". Many people have changed the touque tube and installed a starter on the older models, as well as foot brakes, and hydraulics. Bob
