Or are they all diesel? All the new tractors I see are diesel, even alot of lawn mowers are diesel. Im not saying its a bad thing, I just want to know.

Good question.  Other then large garden tractors, I can't think of any gas powered tractors out there.  Several years ago a friend wondered why someone didn't build a modern small tractor with a turbo'd, fuel injected gas engine.  Seems like it might be cheaper to build and lots of home owners would rather use a gas machine then diesel, especially with gas slightly cheaper and more available.

With the price of fuel it might become trendy again!  Maybe even the LP tractors will come back!

Kubota may still make one or 2 small models of them? 18-20 hp 3 cylinder water cooled but they don't use them in any of their tractors any more. No larger HP gas models are made that I know of. And you couldn't give me a new gas powered tractor of any size! We change oil, fuel and air filters in them and they run and run! Gas powered ones need spark plugs, wires, cleaning carburators from time to time and use lots more fuel. Love our Kubota and JD- Yammar diesels!  Our Kubota mower uses maybe 1/2 qt. an hour and a similar gas powered one would use over a gallon hr.! My old B-112 used 3 gallons gas in under 2 hrs. tilling the garden Saturday! I thought to myself then, man I'm sure glad we don't have to use it much! I had to tinker with carb from not being used since last fall, installed new plug, cleaned points etc.  The Kubota we added fresh fuel, greased and go!
