Well my new tractor arrived this morning! A 1977 AC 7040. Wonderful tractor. Very exciting times around here .

| Yes, this is the tractor North Star had. I talked to the former owner who had bought it new in 78. He said it had pulled a 12 row planter most of its life. They took very good care of it. The last three years he said they barely put 200 hrs on it. This tractor will be doing mostly tillage work for me. Also this tractor must be one of the last 7040's because the serial # is 7456. Anybody know what the last one is? Thanks |
