Ok got recently restored 45 timed correctly and after ten years sitting has come to life and purring like a kitten. thanks for all help. Turned out was not getting gas from bowl to needle tube littl inlet in bottom plugged. now seem to have way too much hydralic pressure leaking out both sides of remote outlet houseing and around the rearward releif valve plug. Did not remove pump from torque housing during restoration, so thinking not something i screwed up but maybe stuck releif or unload valve. can thest be removed with pump on tractor? and if not can pump come off without removeing side rail. Was hoping for easier fix, service manual very vague, hate to tear all apart with purty paint job, but were learning for the next one.

The pump will come off without removing the side rail, Its tight but it will work.

As Dan stated the pump will come out without removing the side rail. Its a tight one!! I'm in the process of rebuilding mine also. The new parts I got from Agco yesterday and they are sitting on the table right now waiting for me to get a day off!! Ryan

I seriously doubt you have too much pressure. A 5000psi liquid filled gauge can be hooked into your remote outlet to check the pressure. The system should run from 3000 to 3500 psi. Take a picture of where it is leaking and post it hear so we can see. If the hydraulic lever is down, there should be no pressure build up.
