I am considering a zero turn exmark Pioneer e-series zero turn mower. Price is 5149.00. It has a 24 HP Kawasaki engine, 52 inch 10 gauge welded deck, ROP. Any one have any advise on zero turns. The Boss gave me a 5000 dollar limit, and for the money this exmark seems like the most durable machine. Any opinions

We have a Exmark Navigator, with the 27hp Kohler. Very durable machine. Everything is built to last and be easy enough to repair. Goes better in reverse up a hill than any other way. Ours has the bagging dump box and it makes cleaning up leaves easy in the fall. Don't really much info for you but if the pioneer is like our navigator it should be a great machine.

I bought a Swisher 60" with 27HP B&S, had it about a year and it seems to be a great unit and the price came out about $3200 with deal they had . Had 8 hours on it when I bought it and knocked $300 off for that.
Has the hydrostats and not pump /motor system like many high-price units but has a lot heavier uint than the low end ZT units .

Exmark is built like a tank. I had to take a job once with a landscape co and they had all Exmark machines except for 1 crew that mowed a John Deere property. I've seen them rolled over in ditches and just turn them back over and keep going.
