My favorite store/get into trouble spot, is having a tent sale Saturday and Sunday. If you're going to be in Des Moines this weekend, Iowa Diecast Toys is worth checking out on east University between the state fairgrounds and Pleasant Hill.

We came for our 27th wedding anniversary and stopped there this afternoon! Did not buy anything, but they are going to have to clean the carpets !!! LOL

Heard the lady get interviewed on the Big Show Thursday when I was planting. I'll have to ask my uncle about it as he works for the State Fair.

Yes she did. She is one of the sponsors for the WHO tractor ride. The State Fair east 33rd and University gate is like 2 or 3 blocks to the west from the store.
