I had the size delima, I figured I could sell some tractors to build the barn, then I wouldn't need the barn. What do you do?

Looks like you have a good start. I noticed you have treated in the ground and untreated above grade. I only see 2x's on two sides joining them together. Did you drill holes in the ends and use a heavy pin (like a ground rod)? What type of doors are you going to use; overhead, roll up, or sliding? Are you going to pour concrete? Are you going to build the rafters or use trusses?
One day I want a shop. I just cannot decide if I want to spend the money and hire someone to do a pre-fab steel building or build a stick frame and skin with steel like yours. After I build the wife a house, I'll be lucky to have enough left to hang a tarp between trees!
Good Job! CT

Looks good, I wish I had that here. I would want the first bay to have, heated floor with a 10 foot ceiling and maybe overhead storage in the middle with lots of insulation.

Bruce - it looks like it has one big skylight. You might want to spring for a roof or are you saving your money for the auction?

I see you didn't put any skylites in the roof. Good idea, all skylites do is give light for the birds to come into the shed and crap on your tractors and equipment. When my doors are shut, birds can't get in and mess on tractors.
