My sister in law, Darla Mishler passed away Sunday morning after 8 weeks on a ventilator. she had pulmonary fibrosis which the only cure is a lung transplant.  It wasn't to be as they couldn't get her healthy enough for a transplant.
She was a city gal turned country and in her obit my brother called her the best tractor operater and truck driver anywhere.  He has all Allis tractors and she could put the 8030 and field cultivater through its paces. (sure made me look bad!) They farmed about a 1000 acres. A loving wife and Christian we will all miss her Especially Bill, they were married 26 years and she was 63.

My Grandmother passed away 10 days after my birthday in 2001 of Pulmonary Fibrosis as well.....really tugged at a heart string when I read this and my deepest sympathy to you, and your's. She had an extremely difficult time at getting a transplant as she was only about 5ft tall and the transplant has to come from someone of a similar height(for those of you who may not know that).....it was very tough not seeing her, or any of my grandparents at my wedding a few weeks ago....all have passed except one grandfather, and he is remarried and doesnt talk to any of us anymore, even his only child(my mother).....and he, along with my father are the reason I'm an AC enthusiast.....again my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
