I'm done planting corn for 2011! My buddy Rick C. came over to help me out, We got a 1/2" of rain in the morning and still got it in just had to work around the wet spots.
we had some brake downs but got through them OK, I guess that's part of farming.
Here's a link to pics of the work.

Good morning,Mike! What you said right there was funny now! LMAO! However,Don worked his butt off to get the corn in the ground, since they were calling for a slight chance of rain,I think. We got done before dark, with maybe an hour of daylight left. I had a blast myself...just wished there had been about 25 acres more than there was...right,Don? LOL! Rick

No vintage equipment here today but the corn planter just hit the field more than two weeks later than last year.

Is that a Double T? it looks like my Dads. All of the equipment and the fields look great.
------------- The universal answer to all questions is yes, how much do you want to spend?

The old model T-T is Dad's 1926, It gets to come out and play at corn planting and then in the fall at harvest and go's to one show all in one year.
It has it's little barn it stays in most of the time lol
Mike I'm not as good as you at taking pics and driving the tractor at the same time, Dang I was having a hard time just staying on the rows and didn't have time to get the pic taker out of the tool box too. and for the record Rick nor I got hunk-up it the mud! lol
C Tucker I can't keep Dad out of the field. lol
Rick thanks for helping me plant this year. we can do it again next year.
Calvin I'm done planting here if you get behind I'll load the WD45 and two row corn planter up and come help you plant yours. lol
