Yesterday I took the big step and asked the special woman in my life for her hand in marriage. :) She said yes and we plan to be married in two years when we are done with college. :)

Congrat's to you! Make sure you have a lot in common, and you like to share the same things in life. Especially hobbies! I'm speaking from experience. After two marriages, I finally found the lady to be with till I'm in a box. Took a while, but it finally came around. My first marriage was 10 years, the second was 20 years, so I'm gettin' better at it! Got a long ways tho to catch my parents. They had their 70th wedding anniversary this past Sept. At 94 years young, they still can get out on the dance floor and "cut a rug"....

Yes, and then you bring her to Illinois, put her in a hot air ballon and say "see you later Honey"! LOL Like they say, she won't remember what you gave her for Christmas, but she will remember that experience!
