Friends of my family down the road needed some help today.Their mower has been in the shop and due back next week.Grass has got out of control.Took the D17 and 6 foot Woods finish mower and helped them catch up.Their grandkids wanted to sit on after I was done.Girl did not have shoes on but mom was 10 feet away and not worried.Key was in my pocket and they seemed to be enjoying themselves.Little boy wanted nothing to do with it while running,TOO LOUD.Maybe when he's bigger

Grass was tall 1st and 2nd gear.Tractor is too heavy to mow with but it gets the job done fast in big spaces

My 2 1/2 year old nephew had the same reaction. Wanted nothing to do with the tractor. Too big and noisy...

Most kids ears are a lot more sensitive then adults.  Probably just as well that he stayed away.  Give him a few years and he'll want to ride any chance he can get, even if it is with his big sister!
