It's no real acerage, but I've been planting the garden today. The D15 and 17 have gotten a workout, but the 14 is just watching. I might have to run her with the planters just for the heck of it.

I got about 12 rows of silver queen and 6 rows of merrit in the ground. Now its time for the peas, butter beans, string beans , okra, squash and mellons. I just hope we get some rain. It has been dry as a bone around here.

James I wish we could do just that, help ourselves and some others too. Maybe we(especially you flooded folks) can get back to normal(?) soon, this country cant afford for us not to.

I am definitely dragging feet. The bumble bees have been flying for about a month. I would have planted about three weeks ago, but it  hasn't been anything above a 10% chance of rain except for two days when it was a 30% chance of rain. I pretty much knew it wasn't going to rain then. I think if they don't predict a 65% chance of rain or better it means that getting a shower isn't going to happen. It looks that way anyway.
