I love that project.  I am thinking someday I will put a 3400 from a D21 or a 220 in a WC Steel Wheel, and call it a heritage tractor.  Why, just because it would be cool!  I might have to install P/S though???

Looks like a monster.  I've always wanted to get an unstyled WC with a bad motor and drop in a flathead V8.  I think it would be a nice looking set up and be pretty period correct for a "hot rod" tractor.

Gary, I just love your ideas every time you post.   Did you take the WC fenders and just cut off the ends so they would fit around your meats better?   I like that idea.   I just picked up a set of 36" spokes that I have to widen out for meats for my WC puller.   After seeing the spokes for yours, and seeing a set for sale, I figured it would look way cool.   Found a set of spokes for the front also.

Chuck, my fenders were in poor shape on the ends , so I bobbed them 16" front and rear. Need to make new brackets , maybe a padded armrest and drink holder on the right side, and since I intend to mount this beast from the front left side a grab handle for the left fender.
