I finally finished up spraying the red paint for the old Dodge.  Also got the doghouse reassembled (actually looks like a truck now - kinda!).  As I was installing some new parts the other day (wiring A/C up and installing and wiring cruise control up) I realized I still needed to change the intake over to the four barrel Thermoquad carb and intake.  I had about forgot about it until I started to install the A/C compressor and realized it would be easier to do it now, than when the A/C is installed.  So I have that to work on still.  This truck is an 84, but has many accesories out of an 87 model Ramcharger.  A/C, cruise control, glove box light, ash tray light, intermitant wipers.  The A/C and cruise have been a nightmare to wire up correctly.  I am hung up on one wire on the A/C and figuring the cruise stalk/switches out, about to pull my hair out.  I also grabbed the emmission/maintenence module out of the Ramcharger.  Now I will have a reminder lamp (like new trucks have) that will come on during regular intervals (i.e. oil changes).  Not needed, but still kind of cool.

I also installed clearance lights (and had them working/first picture).  Unfortunatly I must have scuffed the power wire when I installed it and now they short out, so I get to do that oh so fun job again!!!
Also yes the drivers front fender is scratched up near the front.  I set it outside the shop a while back and later that week we had a storm that blew it over against some metal and scratched it.  Luckily it is right in the center and since it will be two tone (red/metalic gold) it will get painted over anyway.

Very nice, one of my friends has an '82 with a built up 318 with a manual tranny.  Very fun truck with tons of power.  His is a long box step side and has ram charger rims and is painted a metallic black.  Everything in his engine is built to performance.
