I ran across this poll and noticed that the AC brand is running low on representatives. There might still be time to correct this. "I would appreciate your vote."

The D19 is still in the running in the corn bracket. Somehow the WC got beat out in the first round by the Ford/Fergie 9n. Truly a shame. I think I recognize the photo of the WC, though. I think I know the owner. There's not a lot of wide front WC tractors on full steel out there.

I did notice the lack of Massey Harris/Ferguson in round 2. For the record, though, the Massey Harris 101 was paired up with a JD 4010. The green underwear boys would never let their sacred new generation tractors get beat. There weren't a lot of MF units in the running to begin with. Kinda shows who does and who doesn't have respect in the U.S.A. It is stuff like this that illustrates what kind of an idiotic decision Marty made. Keeping the AGCO brand in USA would have made a lot of sense. The brand selection should have been tailored for each area. The diversity was their strength. Now Marty has piddled that away.

Pretty stupid pole if you ask me. If they wanted real comparisons, they should have put tractors of the same HP range and vintage against each other.
I didn't know the D19 was built in 1916 either.
To boost performance even further, Allis engineers equipped their Model D-19 (introduced in 1916) with a turbocharger, marking it as the first such tractor to feature charged air compression on the market.

I saw this on another forum and I couldn't figure how they had them positioned. I can tell you Dave Mowitz, Succesful Farming's editor, is a Deere man from what I have seen. So I am sure that green color will probably be the last one standing.

I gotta agree with ctucker, pretty stupid pole, 'sause of the way they compared tractors. Ane they left out two of the best tractors ever built for the money-- the A-C 190XT and the A-C D-17.

I felt I couldn't waste any of my time in the silly bracket thingy!  They must have a lot of time to waste setting it up.

The way the brackets were set-up was kind of dumb.  What is a Case steam engine or an old MM with FWA doing in the corn bracket??  Both should have been in the wheat bracket.  And neither the WC or Ford 9N were exactly wheatland tractors.

Then, only 2 of the tractors in the Soybean bracket probably ever saw a soybean field.

There are 7 tractors I have never heard of on this.Who made this up? Fitch 4 wheel drive, are you serious? Throw this thing away and start over.

There should be a min number of manufactured units required to be involved. If they only made a couple hundred then they could not have been that good.

Start over.
Not familiar with every make but here goes
A/C WD45,D-17,190XT,7020
IH F20, SupMTA, 1206 ?
JD B,630,4020,4440
MM Z ULTZ G1000 ?
MH
MF
OLIVER
CASE

Take 8 of the top manufactures,I know you may leave someone out, combine some smaller ones .
